Retreat Cancellation Policy
- Guests may cancel their registration for a fee of $50 up to 1 week prior to the event
- If you cancel within 1 week or less leading up to the event, you will be charged $75
- If you wish to cancel you will need to send a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you wish not to be charged a fee, you may roll-over your registration to the next upcoming event and will pay any difference/or be credited in cost for that particular event. If you do not utilize the credit on the next event, you will not be refunded at that time.
- In the event of a serious medical or injury which would limit your ability attend the event and participate, or if you are being deployed for any medical assistance and/or Military Duty, you will only be charged only a $15 service charge instead of the $50. You may also choose to roll over to the next event as mentioned above.
- Refunds will take place via mailed checks if you do not have a Pay Pal account. If you have Pay Pal, you would need to send a request for the discussed amount after emailing email@example.com
